The Ninth Meeyamgi Numit held at Kakching

District Administration, Kakching today organized the ninth “Meeyamgi Numit” (People’s Day) in respect of Kakching District from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office Complex, Kakching. Altogether 29 line departments opened their stalls for delivering public services and addressing public grievances during the day. A total of 427 grievances/applications were received and 223 people have attended.
Deputy Commissioner, Kakching Somorjit Salam inspected the stalls and also distributed Water pump set and Kharif vegetable seeds to the beneficiaries. Under the PMKSY scheme, District Officer, Horticulature & Soil Convervation, Thoubal/Kakching have distributed 10 nos. of Water pump set to 10 beneficiaries. The same department also distributed Kharif Vegetable seeds to 10 nos. of selected beneficiaries under MIDH scheme. As informed by the District Officer, Horticulature & Soil Convervation, Thoubal/Kakching, the distribution of Kharif vegetable seeds today is for the first time in Kakching district.
District Social Welfare office, Kakching have provided 101 services of MOAPS 31 CMPS, 4 Care giver and one CMHT.
Medical, Health & Family Welfare Department have done 18 new registration under CMHT, received 80 form submission and also issued 28 CMHT card.
Services provided by DSO (CAF & PD) are making of 10 New Ration cards, addition of 30 family members in Ration Card and deletion of 4 member from Ration Card.
13 registration of Birth and 3 registration of Death were recorded by MAHUD. Revenue department have issued 40 income certificate, 30 Birth order, one residential certificate and one Un married certificate.
Concerned District Level Officers on the spot organize facilitation centres for beneficiary oriented schemes.
