Students of Ananda Singh Higher Secondary School, Nongmeibung,  Ibotonsana Higher Secondary School, Uripok  today staged a sit in protest at their respective school gates against the arrest of innocent student activists from the head office of the Democratic Students’ Alliance of Manipur (DESAM) including its president by police for taking revenge on a teacher who allegedly used excessive force on a student.
During the protest Social and Cultural Secretary of Ananda Singh Higher Secondary School, Mangalleima said that the students condemn the brutal thrashing of a minor student by teacher as it is also against the RTE. The government should approve only well trained teachers. She added that if the government fails to release the arrested students within 24 hour, eight government schools will jointly resort to  strong agitation.
Hundreds of students participated in the agitation holding slogan like “Respect Student” “Release the Innocent Student” “Implement the Right to Education Act accurately” etc.

My suggestions :If students misbehave inside classroom, provide counseling of that particular student.repeat same activities by student again ,concern teacher must inform the higher authority of school and a provide notice to student patent.if all the above steps fail, resticate student from school.but school should maintain all records of all those actions that have taken against students.nowadays it is too difficult to control students inside classroom.
