‘No Edu fest without permission’

P Vaiphei, Commissioner, Department of Higher and Technical Education Manipur has warned the private technical institutions to not hold educational festival, counseling in the state without the permission of the Department.
Addressing at the gathering of the Inaugural function of the 3-day-long educational counseling organized by the Directorate at DM College Campus today, the Commissioner said that private institution should take prior permission from the directorate to hold counseling in the state.
The Department is planning to conduct such counseling every year in order to help those students who wants to admit pursue higher and technical education outside the state, he added.
