Imphal, June 26:

Kuki Inpi Manipur has submitted a memorandum to the Union Home Minister Amit Shah through the Security advisor of the Manipur Kuldiep Singh, urging him to hand over terror acts that are related with civil society based in the valley area of the state.
The memorandum while lauding the handing over of Kwakta blast case to the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has lamented the inaction to cases of higher magnitude with clear evidence of some organisation’s involvement.
The KIM’s memorandum said that no action has been taken up against COCOMI, Meitei Leepun even though the two organisations have openly declared war to annihilate the Kukis during a public meeting and a TV show.
The KIM also alleged the Chief Minister of Manipur N. Biren Singh of his nexus with various organisations which are threats to the Kuki people. It said that if the Union government fails to take action against them the Kuki people will be compelled to take extreme steps which they will not be held responsible for any consequences.
