KCP Poirei Lup celebrates 35th Anniversary

Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP), Poirei Meitei Lup greets the people of the region on occasion of its 35th anniversary which falls on April 14, 2015. In a press statement signed by Malemnganba Meetei, Publicity secretary, the outfit paid tribute to the departed leaders who had sacrificed for the cause of the revolutionary movement. The statement said, a discussion on the present scenario of the state has been organised at the general head quarter of the outfit. Deliberating on how the erstwhile independent nation has been forcefully merged to the Indian Union, KCP Poirei Meetei Lup said that the outfit will never enter to the poisonous peace talk with the government of India and will never falls in their trap. The statement however said that the party might engage in peace talk for a lasting solution only after getting the mandate of the people and that too under the supervision of the UN. The outfit further added that they had never accepted any assistance from the schools however the party did tried to make correction to the wrongs of some schools as the party believe the schools as an institution to shape future of the nation.
On occasion of the 35th anniversary of the KCP Poirei Lup, grand feast were organized at various children homes and mentally challenged home in valley district.
