Health Minister clarifies on CM’s resignation at Anouba Sinmitlon event

Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr. Sapam Ranjan has clarified speculations on social media and among the public about the Chief Minister’s resignation, stating that there is no truth to such rumors.
The Minister was speaking at an event titled “Entrepreneur for Next Generation,” organized by Anouba Senmitlon at the YDC Community Hall in Yurembam Awang Leikai. The event was supported by the Department of Fishery, Agriculture, Horticulture, Handloom & Textile, and the Veterinary Department.
Dr. Sapam Ranjan, who served as the Chief Guest, was joined by Khaidem Ingocha, President of Anouba Senmitlon, Irom Nirmal, SDC Patsoi, and Loken Angom, President of Yelhou Mee Kanba Lup (YEMKAL) Manipur, as the Guests of Honour.
In his address, Dr. Sapam Ranjan emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship and hard work. He highlighted the need for people to adapt to changing times and leverage the value of their land and resources to bring development.
Focusing on local agriculture, he pointed out the potential of pineapple cultivation in the region. He urged the community to take pride in their agricultural heritage and to explore new opportunities to enhance their productivity and income. He also stressed the significance of unity and collaboration among the people to achieve sustainable development.
Dr. Sapam Ranjan reassured the audience that the speculation about the Chief Minister’s resignation is unfounded and not a matter of concern. He emphasized that the government continues to work diligently for the progress and well-being of the state.
