The Chief Minister of Manipur N. Biren Singh had once more invited the Manipur University Teachers’ Association for talk at his office Chamber at 5 pm today. The invitation was sent by the Secretary to the Chief Minister Today morning. Earlier invitation was declined on the ground that until the arrested faculties and students were released without any condition and until the security force from inside the University campus have not been removed the MUTA will not talk with the government. A general body meeting of the MUTA was held day before yesterday and the meeting strongly condemns the midnight crack down of Sept 20 by Security force at Manipur University.
